All players should register with Mysore District Chess Association (MDCA) with a fee of Rs.100/-. This is a annual fee. All players will be issued an identity card with photograph with registration number. All academies/Coaching centres will have to pay an annual fee of Rs.500/-. A separate Identity card will be given by the organisers. Players registration is a must to play in all tournaments.
